Rapid Space increase & deacrease

All my files keep compressing & decompressing rapidly.
And it won't stop!!!!!!!!
Some files become corrupt!!!!

You are talking about SQL Server files? Size your database and transaction
logs to allow for growth. Then turn off 'auto grow' and 'auto shrink'. Does
this help?
